Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage invoicing, collections, and cash application, ensuring accurate billing and timely cash flow.

You will work with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance to resolve discrepancies, administer pricing, and maintain customer accounts across manufacturing environments.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with ERP systems and large-volume invoicing.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or related field required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in accounts receivable, accounting, or finance.
• Experience in manufacturing environment and pricing administration preferred.
• ERP system experience required.

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and timely.
• Apply customer payments and maintain accurate account balances.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
• Reconcile customer accounts and cash receipts to records.
• Assist month-end close related to receivables.
