Job summary

Vista Life Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Billing and Accounts Receivable Coordinator to manage the billing cycle and AR processes on-site in Madison, CT.

You will handle invoices for services, state agency submissions, and private payers while maintaining accurate records and timely communications with stakeholders. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma with 2–3 years of related experience and proficiency with billing software.

Qualifications

• High School diploma plus 2–3 years of related billing or accounts receivable experience.
• Experience billing state agencies, insurance companies or similar entities.
• Experience using billing and/or tuition management software.

Responsibilities

• Process all invoices for services in a timely fashion.
• Maintain monthly billing records and reports.
• Answer questions from internal and external stakeholders regarding billing and accounts receivable.
• Update and maintain billing records and accounts.
• Compile data for monthly submission to state agencies using their billing systems.
• Prepare invoices for privately funded services.
• Analyze data entries for accuracy and completeness.
• Reconcile monthly data for EVV system.
• Oversee collections, send reminders when needed.
• Track and bill transportation services.
• Communicate with vendors, staff, families on billing issues.
