Job summary

Conservice Synergy is hiring an Exceptions Analyst to investigate abnormalities on client bills and become a Utility Expert who discerns when meter reads or bill data looks unusual. You will be part of a team that has saved clients significant amounts through accurate bill analysis and proactive problem-solving.

The role involves researching anomalies, communicating with providers and clients, and determining the best actions to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is essential for spotting bill anomalies.
• Ability to explain complex ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong time management to meet deadlines and goals.
• Problem-solving skills to use resources to resolve issues.
• Comfortable using a computer, Google Drive, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve anomalies in utility provider bills.
• Communicate with providers and clients via email and phone.
• Determine the best course of action to resolve issues and contact the necessary party.
• Detect inefficient processes and find innovative solutions.
• Medium phone usage—outbound calls with providers and clients, about 25% of the day.
