Job summary

Conservice is seeking an Exceptions Analyst to investigate irregularities on client bills and translate complex data into clear insights. You’ll work as a Utility Expert on a Synergy team, collaborating with providers and clients to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

The role offers a hybrid schedule (in-office Tuesday–Thursday) and a wage of $15.75 per hour plus performance bonuses. Ideal candidates have strong communication, problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Excel and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to explain complex ideas clearly in spoken and written form.
• Strong time management and goal-driven mindset.
• Proficient with basic computer software and office tools.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve anomalies in utility provider bills.
• Communicate with providers and clients via email and phone.
• Determine the best course of action to resolve issues with relevant parties.
• Identify inefficient processes and propose innovative solutions.
• Engage in moderate outbound calls to providers and clients (about 25% of the day).
