Conservice is seeking a Meter Specialist to join the Meters department in a hybrid role (in office Tue–Thu). The position pays $19.40 per hour and focuses on frontline support for billing and account management, resolving inquiries related to submetering, invoicing, work orders, scheduling, and basic product troubleshooting.

Responsibilities include handling Zendesk tickets, providing explanations to clients, and maintaining self-help docs for properties.

Responsabilités

• Accept ZenDesk tickets in FIFO order and resolve client inquiries.
• Explain cause-and-effect to clients for concerns and questions.
• Answer invoicing or work order status questions from NetSuite.
• Provide self-help documentation for properties to troubleshoot issues.
• Troubleshoot high/low consumption and DC/repeater issues.
• Offer DIY install support and documentation to clients.
• Give feedback to improve knowledge documents for faster resolutions.
• Identify trends that could be automated or escalated to product/tech teams.
• Coordinate with Conservice teams to ensure solutions are found within four hours.
• Organize workload and prioritize tasks based on urgency and priority.
