Qualifications

• Professional phone etiquette is required.
• Fluency in Spanish or other languages spoken by the community is required.
• US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and guests at check-in.
• Collect co-pays and update patient information in the EMR.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments in the EMR system.
• Answer and manage inbound/outbound calls.
• Handle outgoing messages and faxes; maintain Welcome/Community Room areas.
