Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and guests.
• Conducting visit check-in and assisting patients with required forms.
• Collecting co-pays.
• Updating patient information in the EMR and scheduling/rescheduling appointments.
• Managing phone lines and outbound calls.
• Handling faxes and maintaining the Welcome/Community Room areas.
• Occasional travel to other centers in the region.
