Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of Google Suite.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Fluency in Spanish; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and guests.
• Conducting visit check-in and assisting with forms.
• Collecting co-pays and updating patient information in the EMR.
• Scheduling/rescheduling appointments within the EMR.
• Managing incoming/outgoing calls and faxes.
• Maintaining cleanliness of Welcome/Community areas.
