Job summary

Inizio Engage seeks experienced healthcare professionals to provide education and care navigation to patients and caregivers in the MASH treatment journey. You will support education, adherence, and outreach, using approved materials and strict call-guideline adherence.

Qualifications

• Current US healthcare professional license: RN.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Gastroenterology or Hepatology preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and phone manners.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound and outbound non-promotional education to identified customers.
• Conduct outbound medication adherence support to patients or caregivers.
• Collect demographic data for reimbursement and literature fulfillment.
• Maintain high quality and service using approved materials only.
