IQVIA is seeking a Bilingual Virtual Patient Navigator to support our Patient Support Program. The role focuses on education about treatments and resources for patients with acromegaly, with one-on-one communication for patients and associated medical professionals.

Responsibilities include scheduling, documentation in CRM, and coordinating access to resources, while traveling up to 15% as needed. Nursing licensure and bilingual skills are required.

Competenze

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish.
• 2+ years of nursing experience including direct patient care and patient education.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and professional interaction with patients and clinical staff.
• Must reside in the United States.

Mansioni

• Answer calls professionally and in a timely manner.
• Review prescriptions, case notes and appointment results.
• Perform adverse event review and reporting.
• Create and manage cases in CRM.
• Schedule and confirm patient and clinician appointments.
• Ensure staffing with appropriately credentialed clinicians.
• Document case details in CRM.
• Make outbound calls and texts to patients and clinicians.
• Respond to incoming communications (calls, texts, email).
• Provide coverage when team members are out of office.
• Escalate issues to leadership and drive program improvements.
• Assist patients in finding local resources and education.
• Educate patients on disease state and treatment compliance.
• Facilitate connections between patients and approved resources.
• Travel up to 15%.
