Job summary

Inizio Engage is hiring for a US-based role focused on providing education and support to patients and caregivers in gastroenterology/hepatology care journeys. The role involves inbound/outbound calls, medication adherence outreach, and collaboration with client teams to improve patient understanding and engagement.

The position requires an RN license, 3+ years in gastro/hepatology, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the US.
• Gastroenterology or Hepatology experience 3+ years.
• Excellent communication and telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound and outbound non-promotional educational support to identified customers as directed by the client.
• Conduct outbound medication adherence support to patients or caregivers.
• Collect demographic data and disposition for reimbursement services and literature fulfillment.
• Attend and complete training courses and related competency assessments required by Inizio.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers.
• Facilitate development and provision of services across multiple healthcare sectors as determined by Client or Inizio.
• Complete administrative responsibilities (reports, emails, time reporting).
• Attend local/national meetings or conferences to stay updated and exchange knowledge.
