Job summary

Inizio Engage is partnering with a leading biopharmaceutical company to educate and support patients and caregivers in Hepatology. The role focuses on virtual and telephonic education, care navigation, and adherence outreach throughout the MASH journey.

Qualified RN professionals with Spanish and English fluency will engage with customers, collect data, and ensure high-quality service using approved materials and training. Remote opportunity with paid holidays and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current US healthcare professional license: RN.
• Bachelor’s degree (BSN) highly preferred.
• Spanish and English fluency required.
• Demonstrate effective and professional communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a pleasant telephone manner.
• Competency with Call Center Telephone Technology.
• Demonstrable organizational skills.
• A self-starter with high personal motivation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound and outbound non-promotional product and disease state related educational support to identified customers as directed by the client company.
• Conduct outbound medication adherence support to patients and/or caregivers. Hours of operation could extend into evenings and weekends.
• Collect demographic data and disposition for reimbursement services and literature fulfillment.
• Maintain excellent quality and superior customer service while adhering to program talking points or call guides.
• Only use approved materials provided by Inizio or by the client, without changing, copying or distributing the materials.
• Attend and complete all training courses and related competency assessments that Inizio requires, to an appropriate standard and within a specified timeframe.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers.
• Facilitate the development and provision of services across multiple healthcare sectors, as determined by the Client or Inizio.
• Constantly consider new and innovative approaches that potentially develop new partnership opportunities.
• Complete all required administrative responsibilities in a timely manner, including daily computer updates, weekly activity reports, emails, and time reporting.
• Attend local and national meetings and/or conferences, as required, to keep abreast of plans, activities and developments and to exchange knowledge and experience within the Patient Solutions team.
• Maintain all company equipment and materials in accordance with company instructions.
• Comply with all Inizio Policies and Procedures, along with all Client Policies and Procedures as required.
• Perform other duties as requested.
