United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Bilingual Hybrid Development Representative to join our sales team. You will perform high-volume outreach to determine mutual fit for our all-in-one digital platform and ensure Account Executives receive qualified engagements.

You will participate in a structured path toward becoming a full-cycle Account Executive, with a typical 12–18 month timeline and ongoing training within our Sales Academy.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Vietnamese and English (read, write, speak).
• Ambition to become a full-cycle Account Executive (AE) with a commission-based role.
• Proven drive with the ability to meet ambitious daily activity goals.
• Growth mindset: actively seek feedback and apply it for growth.
• High self-accountability with focus on measurable results.
• Strong empathy and resilience in handling rejection while driving outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Complete at least 100 high-quality outreach activities daily (calls, emails, social touch points).
• Host qualification calls to understand needs and identify fit for the all-in-one platform.
• Schedule meetings for qualified prospects and hand off to the Account Executive.
• Learn and execute inbound/outbound outreach to prepare for All-Bound Sales Development role and future AE path.
