Qualifications

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Long-term goal to become a full-cycle Account Executive (AE) and work in a commissioned closing role.
• Self-discipline to hit ambitious daily activity goals and recover quickly from rejection.
• Actively seeks feedback and applies it to improve performance.
• Driven by measurable results with ownership of daily metrics and pipeline.
• Demonstrates customer empathy and resilience in addressing objections.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume outreach to determine mutual fit for our all-in-one digital platform.
• Conduct qualification calls to understand prospect needs and benefits for Toast's platform.
• Schedule meetings for qualified prospects and ensure smooth handoff to the Account Executive.
• Learn and execute inbound/outbound methods with progression toward All-Bound SDR path.
