Job summary

Toast seeks a Bilingual Hybrid Development Representative to drive high-volume outreach and qualify opportunities for our all-in-one digital platform. You will run 100+ daily outreach activities, conduct qualification calls, and book meetings for Account Executives, with a clear path to become an Account Executive.

The role rewards growth mindset, resilience, and exceptional communication across calls and written outreach, in a hybrid LA-based environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English (read, write, speak).
• Long-term goal to become a full-cycle Account Executive in a commissioned role.
• Ability to complete 100+ daily outreach activities with consistency.
• Strong communication across high-volume calls and written outreach.
• Resilient, driven, and able to handle rejection professionally.

Responsibilities

• Execute 100+ high-quality outreach activities daily via calls, emails, and social touchpoints.
• Host qualification calls to understand needs and fit with the platform.
• Schedule meetings and ensure a smooth handoff to the Account Executive.
• Learn and apply outbound/inbound outreach methods with goal to become an All-Bound SDR.
