Job summary

Toast is seeking a Bilingual Hybrid Development Representative (HDR) to drive the initial stage of our sales pipeline. You will perform high-volume outreach to identify mutual fit for Toast’s digital platform, ensuring Account Executives receive high-quality engagements.

You will qualify prospects, conduct calls, and schedule meetings, with a clear path toward becoming an Account Executive in a hybrid, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English (read, write, speak).
• Able to perform 100+ outreach activities daily (calls, emails, social touchpoints).
• Willingness to become a full-cycle AE over time.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outreach to prospective businesses to qualify opportunities for the digital platform.
• Host qualification calls to understand prospect needs and fit benefits.
• Schedule meetings and hand off to Account Executives.
• Learn and execute inbound/outbound outreach methods toward All-Bound SDR role.
