Job summary

Toast Tab, Inc. is seeking a Hybrid Development Representative to launch a sales career within our high-performing team. You will perform high-volume outreach to identify mutual fit for our all-in-one digital platform, qualifying opportunities for Account Executives.

Qualifications

Fluent in Vietnamese and English (read, write and speak).
Ambition to become a full-cycle Account Executive and work in a commissioned role.
Driven with daily activity goals and ability to recover from rejection.
Growth mindset with proactive feedback usage and self-assessment.
High accountability for personal metrics and pipeline contributions.
Excellent communication across calls and written outreach.
Strong organizational skills to manage 100+ daily outreach activities.

Responsibilities

Execute high-volume outreach to identify mutual fit for Toast's digital platform.
Qualify prospects through outreach calls, emails, and social touches.
Schedule meetings for qualified prospects and hand off to Account Executives.
Learn and apply inbound/outbound methods with goal of advancing to an All-Bound role.
