Toasttab seeks a Hybrid Development Representative (HDR) to join its sales organization as the entry point for building a high-performance pipeline. You will identify, qualify, and engage prospective businesses to drive opportunities for Account Executives.

Expect 12-18 months of training to become an Account Executive, with a hybrid work model and compensation that reflects base salary plus commissions. Ideal candidates are motivated, coachable, and customer-focused with strong communication

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English required, reading, writing and speaking well.
• Ambition to become a full-cycle Account Executive and work in sales.
• Self-discipline with the ability to achieve daily activity goals.
• Growth mindset with openness to feedback and self-improvement.
• Strong ownership of daily performance metrics and pipeline contribution.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills for high-volume outreach.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outreach to prospective businesses to drive qualified engagements for Account Executives.
• Host qualification calls to understand prospect needs and fit with our digital platform.
• Schedule meetings for qualified prospects and ensure smooth handoff to the Account Executive.
• Develop into an All-Bound Sales Development role as a path to AE.
