Job summary

You will work with cross-functional teams, resolve technical issues, and contribute to knowledge base improvements while ensuring a superior customer experience across channels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as a technical support representative.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn and work with new software.
• Outstanding written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills.
• Problem-solving ability and active listening skills.
• Ability to collaborate with different teams and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact with external customers over email, chat, and phone.
• Provide bilingual English/Spanish support and troubleshoot issues related to our software and third-party apps.
• Escalate issues to higher support tiers as needed.
• Research and answer questions about software capabilities for resellers and end users.
• Document support tickets and contribute to knowledge base.
• Suggest product improvements based on customer feedback and collaborate with Engineering, IT, QA and Sales.
• Deliver world-class customer experience.
