Job summary

Seagull Software, LLC., a global leader in real-time visibility and label management, is seeking a bilingual technical support professional for a 6-month remote contract based in Brazil. You will assist customers in English and Portuguese and/or Spanish on on-prem and SaaS solutions, including printer drivers, and collaborate with Engineering, IT, QA and Sales to ensure world-class support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ prior experience as a technical support representative.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Technical aptitude with ability to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact with external customers over email, chat, and phone.
• Provide support in English and Portuguese and/or Spanish for on-prem and SaaS solutions and printer drivers.
• Escalate issues to higher support tiers when needed.
• Gather information about tickets and contribute to documentation and knowledge base.
• Suggest product improvements and work with Engineering, IT, QA and Sales.
