Roofr is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Customer Support Specialist to be the frontline of our customer support efforts, handling inquiries with professionalism and care.

You will work closely with Revenue, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver timely solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty. Join a fast-growing startup offering growth opportunities, equity, and a world-class support experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of bilingual customer support experience.
• Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling high daily volume of inquiries by phone, email, and chat.
• Startup experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Intercom is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support primarily via live phone and chat interactions in English and Spanish.
• Assist customers and internal teams with inquiries, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide solutions.
• Continuously build product knowledge with evolving features and enhancements.
• Track and update support tickets in our CRM.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding, and Product teams to ensure an outstanding customer journey.
• Bring innovation and a balance of quality and efficiency to the role.
