Job summary

Roofr is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. You will handle high-volume inquiries via phone, chat, and email, delivering friendly, solution-oriented support as the frontline for our customers.

You'll work closely with Sales, Product, and Revenue teams to improve the customer journey, stay current on product changes, and help scale our rapidly growing platform while maintaining world-class service standards.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required to support a diverse user base.
• 1–3 years of bilingual customer support experience.
• Experience handling inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support primarily via live interactions on phone and chat in English and Spanish.
• Assist customers and internal teams with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions.
• Build product knowledge and stay updated on feature changes.
• Track and update support tickets in our CRM.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding, and Product teams to ensure a great customer journey.
• Bring innovation to the role with a balance of quality and efficiency.
