Job summary

GT Independence seeks a dedicated Support Broker to coordinate daily Medicaid Waiver services and promote participants’ growth and independence. The role requires collaboration with agency staff, service providers, families, and regional center staff to ensure compliant, high-quality support.

Travel is required to attend events and training; candidates should be licensed or have a relevant degree and experience with the population.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current, appropriate licensure.
• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, rehabilitation, nursing gerontology or sociology with 1 year experience; OR Bachelor’s degree with 2 years experience; OR RN/Associate degree with 3 years experience.

• Build and maintain relationships with staff, providers, individuals and families.
