Job summary

GT Independence, LLC is seeking a Support Broker to coordinate daily Medicaid Waiver services and promote participants’ growth and independence. The role involves collaboration with staff, families, and regional centers to ensure compliant, high-quality support.

Travel is required to attend events and provide guidance on self-determination and budgets. A relevant master’s degree with experience in the target population is preferred.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have current licensure where applicable.
• Master’s degree or equivalent plus relevant experience in target population.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operation of Medicaid Waiver services
• Promote growth, independence, and quality of life for participants
• Maintain documentation in compliance with state and agency requirements
• Travel to events, conferences, and training as required
• Collaborate with staff and external partners to support program goals
• Provide guidance on Self-Determination and budget processes
