O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will lead the store team in servicing customers and manage the store during the Manager’s absence or opposing shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and execute on service programs.
• Ensure staff coverage during peak hours and assist in hiring and training of team members.
• Verify returns, refunds, and exchanges are processed politely and accurately.
• Perform opening/closing duties and maintain store security and appearance.
