O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, and store operations. This role will oversee the store during absences or opposing shifts and lead the team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise service levels on the showroom floor and support programs like Relate sales and Rock the Call.
• Ensure adequate staffing during peak hours and manage scheduling.
• Assist in hiring processes and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, money handling, and security procedures.
• Ensure returns, exchanges, invoicing, and transfers are processed efficiently.
