Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional sales, service, and store operations.

The role requires leadership to guide the team during all shifts, ensure staffing levels during peak hours, and coach staff toward goals while maintaining policy compliance. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and the compensation package is competitive.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and oversee related sales programs.
• Assist the store manager with staffing, coaching, and goal setting for team members.
• Assist in the hiring process by coordinating interviews and candidate evaluations.
• Ensure all transactions, returns, and shipments are processed in line with policy and timelines.
• Perform store opening/closing duties including money handling and security checks.
