Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, and store operations. The role will lead team members in servicing customers and manage the store during the Manager’s absence or opposing shifts.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and the team will focus on delivering excellent service while maintaining store standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and ensure staff execute service programs.
• Assist the store manager with hiring, coaching, and setting team member goals.
• Ensure efficient processing of buy online/ship to store, transfers, and special orders.
