O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. The role will lead store teams, manage during absences, and cover opposing shifts to ensure superior service.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired) is noted as a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom and ensure staff execute service programs.
• Help ensure staffing during peak hours and provide coaching to team members.
• Assist with hiring, interviews, and candidate evaluation.
• Handle store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
