Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training required.
• Assistant Manager Certification required.
• RSS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs.
• Assist the store manager in hiring processes including recruiting tasks and interviews.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day end procedures, including money security and deposits.
