O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will lead the team during the Store Manager’s absence and on opposing shifts, ensuring top-notch service for retail and professional customers.

Qualifications

• Sales leadership and customer service certifications required.
• Team leadership and staff development are essential.
• Multilingual abilities (Spanish) are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and execute service programs.
• Help staff the sales counter during peak hours and coordinate shift coverage.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing and hiring qualified team members.
• Ensure orders, transfers and shipments are processed promptly and communicated to customers.
• Oversee returns, exchanges, and refunds with accurate payment processing.
• Maintain store appearance, safety, signage and merchandising as assigned.
