Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations.

The role will supervise showroom customer service, guide team members on programs, and handle opening/closing duties, transfers, and returns, with bilingual candidates encouraged. Strong communication skills, auto parts knowledge, and ASE certification are a plus. Opportunities for growth and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience in auto parts is highly desirable.
• ASE certification is a plus.
• Spanish language proficiency is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure team adherence to service programs.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing duties, money handling, and security procedures.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and outside purchases in a timely manner.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
