Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, and store operations. The role may take shift management in the absence of store leadership, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate will lead by example in customer service, supervise showroom standards, and manage daily operations including openings/closings and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the showroom and ensure program execution (Related sales, Hi5, etc.).
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges and issue refunds with correct payment methods.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and communicate Zipline messages.
• Ensure schedule adherence, clock-in/out, and complete day-end duties.
• Perform all store opening/closing duties and secure the premises; other duties as assigned.
