Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. The role may assume shift management in their absence.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. The position involves leading store team members, supervising showroom service levels, processing orders and transfers, handling returns, and ensuring proper opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders.
• Handle returns and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Perform opening/closing duties and maintain security as per policy.
• Support store operations in absence of Store/Assistant Manager.
