Sailor Health, Inc. is recruiting licensed therapists for fully remote teletherapy serving older adults across the United States. We provide caseload, admin support, and a collaborative clinical community to thrive—from home.

Positions are part-time or full-time on a fee-for-service basis, with initial options at 15 hours/week for 1099 or 25 hours/week on W2, and growth from there. You’ll conduct therapy with older adults via telehealth, design individualized treatment plans, and work inside a

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC or equivalent)
• Licensed in Texas to provide therapy
• Fluent in English and Spanish — able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience with older adults/geriatric populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
