Sailor Health is recruiting licensed California clinicians to provide Spanish-language psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth. You will deliver evidence-based care, build personalized treatment plans, and work within a supportive care team from a home-based setting.

Enjoy dedicated clinical leads, admin support, and a high-touch collaboration model with ongoing training. California license and bilingual fluency are required for a fully remote, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Active, independent California license: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
• Fluent in English and Spanish; able to conduct sessions in Spanish
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus

Responsabilités

• Deliver psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults in a virtual setting
• Conduct sessions in Spanish
• Design personalized treatment plans
• Work independently within a collaborative care team
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools
• Participate in paid case consultations
