Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is hiring independent clinicians to provide teletherapy for older adults from home. The role offers part-time or full-time, with 1099 or W2 arrangements, and caseload support so you can focus on clinical care.

Clinicians are supported by clinical leads, admin staff, and a team that helps with scheduling. The position emphasizes autonomy with infrastructure, and offers competitive per-session compensation and W2 benefits for 25+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license in Texas (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).
• Licensed in Texas to practice as a therapist.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with ability to conduct sessions in Spanish.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently while collaborating with a care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in regular paid case consultations.

Independent clinical licensure
