Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide remote therapy practice specializing in geriatric care. Clinicians work from home with a built-in schedule that you set, seven days a week availability, and comprehensive support to keep your caseload full.

We handle admin tasks and billing so you can focus on therapy. We offer part-time and full-time positions on a fee-for-service basis (1099) or W2, with flexible hours, AI-assisted documentation, and access to clinical leadership for ongoing guidance.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Texas.
• Fluent in English and Spanish — able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
