Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is recruiting licensed therapists to provide psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth. You will design personalized treatment plans, work within a collaborative care team, and manage documentation with our EMR/AI tools.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent).
• Licensed in Florida.
• Fluent in English and Spanish and able to conduct therapy sessions in both languages.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus (we handle it either way).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet each patient’s needs.
• Work independently while collaborating with a supportive care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
