Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed therapists to provide teletherapy to older adults from home, with administrative tasks handled for you. You’ll join a supportive clinical community across the United States, delivering evidence-based care.

We offer part-time and full-time independent contractor roles (1099) with flexible schedules, modern telehealth tools, and access to clinical leadership. English and Spanish fluency, a Master’s or Doctoral degree, and geriatric experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish; able to conduct therapy sessions in Spanish.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR).

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
• Maintain accurate documentation and billing through the EHR.
• Collaborate with care navigators and clinical leads to support patient care.
• Provide flexible, patient-centered therapy with a focus on aging-related challenges.
