Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed California therapists to provide bilingual psychotherapy to Spanish‑speaking older adults via telehealth. You will join a supportive clinical team, with wraparound care navigators handling admin and scheduling, allowing you to focus on clinical work.

Qualificações

• Active, independent California clinical license (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC)
• Fluent in English and Spanish, able to conduct therapy in Spanish
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or MFT
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
• Telehealth platforms and EMR usage experience
• Medicare billing experience a plus

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults in a virtual setting
• Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Spanish
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient
• Work independently within a collaborative care team
• Manage documentation with EMR and AI tools
• Participate in paid case consultations
