Job summary

Sailor Health is recruiting fully remote, California-licensed therapists (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC) to provide Spanish-language psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth. We handle admin, scheduling, and case load balancing so you can focus on clinical care.

Qualifications

• Licensed in California as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, able to conduct sessions in Spanish.
• Masters or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or MFT.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Telehealth experience with EHR; Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults in a virtual setting.
• Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Spanish, meeting patients in their language and cultural context.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
