• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations; promote self-service options.
• Manage lobby activities and respond to customer needs promptly.
• Log and resolve customer complaints in the appropriate system.
• Support AML/KYC/BSA processes and adhere to compliance standards.
• Assist with branch operations such as cash orders, vault, ATM, and wire transfers.
