• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and at least 1 year of retail sales, call center, customer service, or telesales experience.
• Ability to fluently communicate in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with internet user-level technology.

Responsabilidades

• Educate customers and explain features and benefits of Consumer and Business Banking solutions; make recommendations based on identified needs.
• Engage customers to bank with us and promote digital capabilities.
• Explain loan application criteria and assist servicing tasks for Consumer/Business Banking relationships.
• Follow the bank’s sales process and provide customer-focused advice.
• Proactively reach out to retain and expand Customer relationships.
• Greet customers, manage lobby flow, and identify opportunities for product solutions.
• Assist with AML/BSA/KYC processes and flag suspected fraud.
