Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and deliver solutions in moments that matter most.
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations; identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management, greet customers, and address immediate needs.
• Balance and process customer transactions following Bank Policy.
• Resolve escalated account issues and log complaints in the system.
• Introduce customers to banking partners for sales opportunities.
• Perform branch operational tasks (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire transfers).
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately.
• Complete AML/BSA/KYC related activities.
• Adhere to compliance and risk controls and support audit points.
