VXI Global Solutions is seeking a Customer Relations Representative to support automotive customers and dealership teams. You will listen to questions, research solutions, provide guidance, and coordinate with dealerships to resolve issues.

You will advocate for customers, handle recalls and warranty questions, and assist with connected services while working across multiple software systems in a fast-paced environment.
