Job summary

MCI in Virginia Beach is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Call Center Representative fluent in English and Spanish to provide exceptional customer support across inbound programs. You will troubleshoot basic technical issues, assist with products, billing, and account inquiries, document interactions in our systems, and strive for first-contact resolution.

This full-time on-site position includes training and opportunities for career advancement into roles such as supervisor, trainer, or operations

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using computers for data entry and customer support activities.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
• Deliver outstanding customer service in both English and Spanish.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and assist customers with products, services, billing, and account-related inquiries.
• Accurately document customer interactions, requests, and claims in company systems.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services when appropriate.
• Meet established quality, productivity, attendance, and schedule adherence expectations.
