Job summary

Toast is seeking a Strategic Cuisines Account Executive for the Central California region, focusing on Spanish-speaking restaurant partners. You will drive inbound demand, generate new opportunities, and close contracts while delivering a language-inclusive experience.

You will conduct multilingual demos, craft quotes in your customer’s language, and coordinate with onboarding to ensure customer success. Hybrid/remote options exist, with relocation considered for local candidates.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required for the role.
• Prior sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial and feedback-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on marketing qualified leads in the assigned market.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations in the customer’s preferred language.
• Create and review quotes and contracts in the customer’s language.
• Ensure onboarding teams and customers are set up for success post-sale.
• Understand the competitive landscape to position Toast effectively.
• Communicate with customers in Spanish and internally in English.
• Participate in the interview process conducted primarily in English.
