Job summary

This role requires outside prospecting, consultative selling, and collaboration with branch teams, centers of influence, and other business lines to grow revenue while balancing risk and client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience
• National Mortgage Licensing Service registration under SAFE Act of 2008 and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record
• Bilingual

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.
• Develop and deepen client relationships through proactive outreach, structured discovery, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-through.
• Identify client priorities, align products and services to growth, efficiency, and risk objectives, and communicate value and next steps.
• Collaborate with branch partners, centers of influence, clients, and other business line partners to maintain relationship ownership and CRM discipline.
