U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary SB banking partner for two to three branches. You will deliver comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with $500K to $2.5 million in annual revenue, while building and deepening client relationships through proactive outreach and consultative selling.

The role requires outside prospecting, a focus on growth targets, and collaboration with branch teams. NMLS/S.A.F.E.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak Spanish and English.

Responsabilités

• Provide financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.
• Serve as primary Small Business Relationship Banker for assigned branches and relationships.
• Grow revenue through prospecting, structured discovery, and relationship management.
